Group registration
Group registrations for Euroanaesthesia 2010 are available for a minimum of 10 delegates.
The following conditions apply:
- Group Registrations will begin on 4th January and close on 11th May 2010.
- Group registrations must be made through one contact person.
- It is compulsory to complete the company / travel agency profile and profile data of each attending delegate on the Group Registration Form. This document must be returned by e-mail only to groups@euroanaesthesia.org. Only valid e-mail addresses for each delegate will be processed. The unique e-mail is essential for providing online access after the congress for presentations / recordings of the sessions and also for updates on future ESA events.
- All confirmed registration information will be sent to the group contact person, who is responsible for distribution of confirmation letters / barcodes to the delegates prior to the congress.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer. Please do not make any payment without the invoice number that you will receive from the ESA Secretariat. Upon receipt of the completed group registration form, and provided that all criteria above have been met, the ESA Secretariat will issue an invoice detailing:
- The number of delegate registrations
- The correct amount to be paid per individual delegate
- The total amount to be paid for all delegates indicated on the invoice
- Bank details of the ESA Secretariat for SWIFT bank transfers, which is the quickest and cheapest method for transferring funds. Please note that all bank charges for payments transferred to the ESA are at your expense.

Congress materials
The following conditions apply:
- Each delegate must present the barcoded registration confirmation letter at the PREREGISTRATION SCANNING AREA at the congress centre. Each delegate will then receive a printed sheet containing the congress badge and a tear-off section for the congress bag collection. No duplicate badges/extra bags will be given to the delegates of a group.
