Cancellations
Registration cancellations must be received in writing at the ESA Secretariat no later than 45 days (Wednesday, 25 April 2012) prior to the first day of the congress. Beyond this period, refunds for cancellation are not applicable. Cancellations due to VISA application refusal/delay are non refundable. If the congress has to be cancelled due to any epidemic or natural disaster known before 30 November 2011, no refund can be given, as our insurance does not cover those risks.
Name changes
Name changes are subject to a 100 euro administration fee and the difference between applicable rates.
Refunds
Eligible refunds, net of a 100 euro administration fee, are transacted after the congress.
Lost-badge policy
Replacement badges are charged at 100 euro per day, refundable if you find your lost badge later.
