Access - Build-up
All materials for Hall 6 should be unloaded at the hall entrances or inside the halls.
The exhibition hall is accessible via doors 6.6 and 6.12 that are open according to the following schedule:
Thursday 10 June: 07.00-22.00
Friday 11 June: 07.00-20.00
Monday 14 June: 17.00-24.00
Tuesday 15 June: 07.00-24.00
On Saturday 12 June door 6.12 is open from 07.30-12.00 for deliveries.
Access will be granted to stand constructors when providing the security guards at gates 6.6 and 6.12 with the exhibiting company name and stand number. Exhibitor badges also give access to the exhibition hall prior to the start of the congress. Exhibitor badges can be picked up as of 14.00 Friday 11 June (see next page for more information.)
