Cancellation – Refund – Postponement

For various organisational reasons, any refund or postponement (change of centre in the same year or postponement to the next year) of your Part II examination will not be possible after the application deadline. Any cancellation received after the application deadline will be at the candidate’s expense. This is why we recommend you choose carefully the date of your examination according to your private obligations before sending your application form.

If however you cannot attend your examination for any reason, please inform the ESA Secretariat as early as possible so that we can take all appropriate actions for the smooth running of the examination.
